How long until I receive my pet’s cremains?

We return cremains within five business days. Each pet is tracked throughout the process to ensure proper identification and care.

Can I contact you directly for pickup?

Yes. We work directly with pet parents, veterinary clinics, and emergency centers. You can contact us for home pickup or drop-off.

Do you provide euthanasia services?

We do not perform euthanasia, but we’re happy to refer you to a trusted local veterinarian who can provide in-home or in-clinic options.

Can my pet be cremated with their blanket, toy, or collar?

In most cases, yes. Please let us know in advance so we can confirm safety and crematory guidelines.

Do I need private cremation to choose a memorial?

No. You may purchase memorial items even if you select communal cremation or had services performed elsewhere.

Can I visit Paws’d in Time or view urns in person?

Yes. Our facility is located in Interlochen, MI. We welcome visits by appointment to review urns and speak with our care team.
